1.1. We operate the website https://www.thebridalvillage.co.uk. We are located in Co. Kildare. Bridalvillage.ie acts as an online portal for retailers working in the bridal & fashion area to advertise their stock to customers, namely brides, their relatives, friends & colleagues (known here as brides & associates). When you enter into a contract for the supply of goods with a retailer advertised on our site, the contract will be between the retailer and the customer. Your continued use of our Services shall be deemed acceptance of our terms & conditions.
2.0 Our Right To Vary These Conditions
2.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
2.2 You will be subject to the latest Conditions in force at the time that you become a Member or which are in force at the time you login to our website or when your membership is automatically renewed, unless any change to these Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
3.0 Your Account and Personal Information
3.1 Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
3.2 When you visit Our Website, you accept responsibility for any action done by any person using your name, account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

4.1 Bridalvillage.ie offers various Services to help its users find the items they require. These items are wedding related. The Services we offer include, among others:
We enable individuals seeking items connected to weddings to search for them on the Site, and we enable retailers to advertise items that are wedding related.
We provide a profile of each retailer showing contact details & location.
4.2 For Brides & Associates To purchase a Wedding Dress or Item, you must contact the boutique. We recommend you view & try on the Wedding Dress or item before purchasing. Any purchases made are conducted solely through the retailer/boutique. Bridalvillage.ie is not involved in any contract between the buyer & the boutique.
4.3 Certain products advertised on this website may have limited quantities.
4.4 Bridalvillage.ie do not sell items of stock. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of the products provided by the retailer.
4.5 Any Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding products should be directed to the retailer/boutique.
4.6 Bridalvillage.ie does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the retailers/advertisers on or off this Site.
4.7 We do not endorse any comments, opinions or reviews made by anyone on our site and we do not review their accuracy or content, but we reserve the right to remove any comments, opinions, reviews or other materials from our site
4.8 We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products or services you purchase from third party sellers found on our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller.
4.9.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer, or any other device which you may use to access the site, will accurately depict the colour of items displayed on the site.
5.0 Membership and Membership Renewals
5.1 In order to advertise on Bridalvillage.ie. you need to register with us as a member. As a Member you must be a retailer with a place of business, ie shop/boutique. Retail members can advertise their stock via our site and brides & associates can search directories on our site to find the items they require.
5.2 If a member is not a boutique/shop, the membership will be cancelled with immediate effect, items will be removed immediately and no refund given.
5.3 A VAT registration number must be provided to bridalvillage.ie within the first month of membership.
5.4 All images uploaded must be of good quality. Items with images that are not of good quality will be removed.
5.5 All items listed must have a minimum of one quality photo uploaded with it
5.6 Immediately after an item has been sold, users must mark this item as SOLD on bridalvillage.ie. Members who do not do this may have their membership cancelled and no refund given.
5.7 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
5.8 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
5.9 We can modify the categories your profile will be seen in, if we feel the categories you have selected are not accurate of your item or we feel this would mislead a visitor when searching in given categories.
5.11 We can remove text from your profile we feel does not accurately describe your company or breaks our terms and conditions.
5.12 We can remove any email addresses, links, phone numbers, mobile phone numbers from your profile text as we feel fit or is used to manipulate the payment process to obtain services your payment package does not allow.
5.13 You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing support@bridalvillage.ie with your shop name & login details . Payments are monthly, if you decide to leave part way through a month no further payments will be processed & your items will be removed from the site at the end of that month. Notice of cancellation must be emailed at least 7 working days before next renewal date. An email will be sent to confirm cancellation. Unless you receive this email your subscription is not cancelled & payment will automatically renew at the then current rate for which Bridalvillage.ie is not responsible and no refund will be given.
5.14 Until we or you have given the not less than 7 days prior notice to terminate your subscription/ membership at or before the next renewal date, and/or the contract between us is otherwise terminated in accordance with these Conditions, you shall remain liable for the Membership Fee due on any automatic renewals at the then current rate. Termination of this agreement by you or us at any time for any reason will not entitle you to a refund of monies paid.
- You may not transfer your Bridalvillage Membership to any other person.
- We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Conditions.
- We reserve the right to modify the Bridalvillage Membership rules or system and to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Bridalvillage Membership after such modifications shall be deemed an acceptance by you to be bound by the terms of the modified agreement.
